Recently I welcomed the decision of Wexford County Council to grant planning permission for the refurbishment of and the extension to Castletown National School. This is of course good news but it is only half the battle.

I am determined to bring this school project to a successful end and will continue to push for the devolved funding from the Department of Education necessary to make this project a reality for the 128 students in Castletown National School.
